so you want to know a little more?
I’m that science nerd that loves art. (I get just as much excitement from a trip to the science museum as my kids do.) I soak up art history and architecture. Canoeing down a river allows me to revel in the beauty of nature and God’s creation. My morning runs provide balance and opportunity for inspiration around every turn. All of these things provide fuel for my creative engine.
I believe that the best solutions not only come from seeing all sides to a problem, but bringing the right minds together to explore and brainstorm. My approach to leadership also means getting dirty and working beside my teammates to execute great ideas. Creative collaboration is truly the best way to lead a team to success. And that’s my sweet spot. That place where both left and right brain approaches get together and create magic.
